Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel, enjoying fantastic food and spacious accommodations. The kids absolutely loved the pool area and mini club, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. However, our initial room wasn't up to the expectations set by our booking, and we faced a few challenges with room quality. Overall, the staff made our stay special, but we were disappointed by the difficulties in addressing our room issues.
